Janae Rapps is a General Partner at Hudson Lewis Group, where she leads capital formation, investor relationships, and firm-level strategy.
She brings a background across sales, operations, and real estate investment, including 17 years at 3M Healthcare as a top-performing sales leader and later scaling a multimillion-dollar dental practice.
Since entering real estate in 2019, she has helped build a portfolio of over 2,900 multifamily units representing $140M+ in assets under management.
Janae is known for building trusted investor relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving execution, playing a central role in the firm’s growth and capital strategy.

General Partner, Investment Strategy
Deanna Brown is a General Partner at Hudson Lewis Group, where she focuses on deal sourcing, investment strategy, and company building across AI, media, commerce, and culture.
She is a four-time founder, CEO, and investor with 35+ years of experience scaling media, technology, and consumer platforms. Her leadership includes roles at Yahoo, AOL, and Condé Nast, where she co-founded CondéNet, one of the first scaled digital media divisions.
She later served as Managing Director of MRC Media and CEO of Federated Media, where she led digital transformation and scaled revenue and margins.

Kristina Burdette is a General Partner at Hudson Lewis Group, where she leads operations and is responsible for building the systems, structure, and execution infrastructure that support the firm’s platform.
